Mrs. Mata Torrallardona is the General Director of Fundación José T. Mata, A.C. and a member of the Board of Directors of Tepeyac, A.C. Mrs. Mata Torrallardona is the wife of Javier de Pedro Espínola.
Mrs. Jorda Castro is a member of the Governing Board and member of the Audit Committee of the Institute of Directors and Administrators (ICA). She was a member of the Board of Jazztel as well as a Member of the Audit Commission. She was the Chairperson of the Audit Commission of Jazztel.
In addition, Mrs. Jorda Castro has held various executive positions in her 30 years of professional life, and has been a member of various Management, Investment and Audit Committees.
