Mr. Rogelio M. Rebolledo Rojas has a degree in Chemical Engineering from the UNAM and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Iowa. He has been a member of the Board of Directors since July 2008. He is the Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Kellogg Company´s Compensation Committee. In the course of the past 27 years he has held several key positions as CEO of the Mexican operations of Sabritas and Gamesa. Subsequently, he was Chief Executive Officer of Frito Lay Latin America and Asia Pacific and was a key element for the growth and expansion of the company. As the Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of Frito Lay International division, in the year 2000, Mr. Rebolledo undertook the responsibilities for the European, Middle Eastern and South African markets. After his retirement from Frito Lay, he was CEO and Chairman of the Board of the Pepsi Cola bottling group in Mexico from 2004 to mid-2007. He is currently part of the Board of Directors of Clorox Company and José Cuervo Internacional.
