The Committee has the faculties for:
- Analyzing and submitting, for the approval of the Board of Directors, the evaluation of the long-term strategies and the principal investment and financing policies of Grupo Bimbo.
- Identifying the risks of the aforesaid strategies and evaluating the policies for the administration thereof.
