Bimbo has been recognized as a Top Employer 2022 company in Spain

Bimbo has been recognized as one of the Top Employers 2022 companies in Spain after obtaining the Top Employer Certification, which shows the organization’s commitment to improving the working world of its associates through excellent human resources policies and people management.

The Top Employers Institute program certifies leading organizations in people management based on participation and results obtained in its Human Resources Best Practices Survey. This survey covers 6 areas of HR, made up of 20 topics that include issues such as People’s Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Well-being, or Diversity, and Inclusion, among others.
