The National Chamber of the Transformation Industry (Canacintra) (Cámara Nacional de la Industria de Transformación) awarded Grupo Bimbo the San Luis Potosí State Quality Award.
During a ceremony that took place at the Cajas Reales building of the San Luis Potosí Autonomous University, State Governor, Marcelo de los Santos congratulated the winners and said that: “The awards won reflect the commitment to work with the State of San Luis Potosí, and demonstrate the interest of the production sector in promoting the quality of their companies.”
Representing Grupo Bimbo, Mr. Juan Manuel Vidal, expressed: “Unquestionably, one of the factors that added points in our favor, and helped us to win the prize, was Grupo Bimbo’s participation as a socially responsible company committed to the community, and it was also thanks to our sponsorship in auditing Real de Catorce in its certification process as a Clean Municipality.”
These awards represent an additional achievement for Grupo Bimbo, which thus stresses the commitment of its production processes, to high quality in its products and towards the communities where it has facilities.
