Since 2008, we’ve been rolling out new technologies that allow us to reduce plastic’s impact on the environment.
Since 2008, we’ve been rolling out new technologies that allow us to reduce plastic’s impact on the environment. 100% of all our Mexico packaging than can be biodegradable are now biodegradable, in line with ASTM 6954-18.
That means if they are not recycled, they will have zero impact on the environment and will decay back into nature as food for bacteria and fungi.
In 2019 we announced the rollout of Mexico’s very first compostable bread packaging.
